Taylortox ("we," "our," "us") operates the Taylortox app, used for booking appointments, tracking loyalty rewards, and keeping personal treatment notes for clients of Taylortox and Halo by Taylortox in Blockhouse, Nova Scotia.
The app creates an anonymous account on your device automatically — we do not require you to create a username or password. Depending on how you use the app, we may store:
We do not collect your name, email, or phone number through the app itself unless you provide it to us separately when booking or during a visit.
Information is used only to operate the app's features for you: remembering your bookings, calculating your rewards balance, and keeping your journal entries available across sessions on the same device/account.
Data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider, with access restrictions so that only your own account can read or modify your own data. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
You can stop using the app at any time. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us using the details below and we will remove it from our systems.
This app is intended for adult clients of a medical aesthetics clinic and is not directed at children under 13.
